The location is very good but hotel don’t even have an elevator. This morning when I came downstairs 2 people were staying by the front desk, they looked at me and didn’t even say “hi” or “good morning”. They definitely need improve a customer service.

We are here in Warsaw for Taylor Swift. We chose this for a first leg of trip in Warsaw. The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The parking was ample and convenient and it’s just a short walk to Old Town. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, excellent service. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good but maybe over the top. If you are not a big eater get something outside for less money, they just raised $ to almost 40$. Overall a great place
