I liked the quirky layout and decor of the hostel as well as inclusion of breakfast. Plenty of stairs to climb so not for people with mobility problems.
Easy to find with Google maps. We were greeted warmly and shown around this very uniquely decorated hostel. Our ensuite accommodation was clean and roomy with comfy beds and a table and chairs. We walked everywhere but the metrol is only a block and a half away.

El Hostel review
Overall a pleasant stay. Good to have use of hostel computer free of charge. Breakfast included too so good value for money and close to old town.
Great hostel! Clean bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen. The lockers were s great size and the bathroom was spacious. The hostel is a nice walk to everything but it was no problem at all.
The girl at reception is super friendly and helpful. Room is really big and nice. The hostel itself is big though. Nice breakfast and wifi. You can walk 20 minutes to the Old Town or take a tram because they are quite close. But there were just few people during my stay so hopefully they will get more busy and popular in the future.
We decided to sleep in a hostel in Varsovia because the hotels were very expensive. El Hostel seemed a good option since they not only offer dorms, but also double rooms with private bathroom. It was a great deal! You can reach the hostel with tram (only 3 stops from the center) and the place is cosy and VERY CLEAN. Our double room was in fact bigger than expected (we had a double bed, a single bed and a sofa) and the bathroom has been recently renewed and it was also great. They also offer you towels and free breakfast, so it was a pretty good decision!
Nobody there when I arrived. Finally a cleaning woman arrived about 40 min. after desk was supposed to open. No one spoke english was there the first day. People came and went and no sheets were pulled and washed made me wonder about the sheets on my bed. Five Polish guys were incredibly obnoxious in my room. A guy from Barcelona said it was the worst hostel experience of his lilfe (I had only stayed at one other and people were pretty considerate.) In an apt. housing complex and so pretty hard to find at night.
the staff spoke english and were very freindly and helpfull. the guest were very nice as well. the whole place was clean and beds were ok. there is one big livingroom where you can watch tv use the fast wifi etc. Im very happy with my stay
