The lobby area was updated and fairly nice and the staff was very kind, however the room was extremely dated, door to room was damaged, bathroom facilities extremely dated, wall electric plates and switches were discolored from age and flooring very old. Rooms need updated badly and definitely do not match the pictures shown on the booking website.

Our room was not clean and had an ant infestation. When we told the front desk they offered to spray chemicals in the room while we were in the room and never offered to move us to a new room

The property definitely needs some updates as far as interior and rooms. The baggage carts were scarce, only two per the entire property. After loading the one I finally found, and starting to push it, one of the vertical posts came out of the bottom and it wouldn't move. The key cards are sketchy. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't. The bathrooms definitely need updating with the fixtures. The tub was old and stained. And the fridge in the room had a freezer that needed defrosting, so staff left it off and water was dripping out of it.

Older building but well kept. Hotel was very clean, including my room. Bed linens were new and bath towels were in good shape. Staff very friendly. Didn’t have the comp breakfast only coffee which was available all day. Lobby area was updated. The breakfast area was very clean also. Area was safe. Will need to drive for dinner as only a Ruby Tuesday was next door but short drive to restaurants. I would stay there again as the hotel is a good value and the cleanliness was excellent.
