This hotel is one of the best I have stayed, everything it done right, fast check in/out, clean room and nice breakfast menu and variety The only drawback is a narrow driveway and parking access where you have to be careful especially with a larger vehicle.

Two things I was not happy about. 1/ The Business Apartment room booked on the website showed a room which was much more attractive in the photos to the one provided in the hotel. The size was as expected and the bed was very comfortable. But there was a different bath in the room photos displayed for the room I booked which was very fancy, and the room itself was very plain and uninspiring. So wanting to impress my girlfriend, she said nothing on the way into the room as if it was just a room, when the room I booked was beautiful in the photos and totally different. 2/ Having taken my girlfriend to dinner in the restaurant, a very annoying Polish waiter with poor English was very pushy and he kept suggesting items from the menu that we must try, I wanted just to order the food we wanted so I was always waving away his suggestions and saying "no thank you" whilst waving my hand in a grumpy "no" motion. One started that he suggested and I made obvious to say no to, he brought over which looked like mashed corned beef. I said to him "I didn't order this!". I only ordered three items, my steak, my girlfriend's seabass, and a bottle of wine. Yet six items were on my receipt in Polish and I couldn't tell if the starter he stupidly suggested and brought over after me saying "no" was on it. I'm thinking one item was probably bread in a basket which I did not ask for and perhaps the table water?? But it is so frustrating to pay for items that are being forced on me!!

The place is very nice. It was clean and spacious and right by the airport which was great but we had an issue with the room. It was so hot in there. No air conditioner because it was winter they said. Turned the heat off and it was still boiling in there and open the window they said which doesnt even really open for safety so that did nothing. Went to the front desk. They really were not interested in my concerns and those were their only suggestions without even sending someone to see if there was something wrong. So definitely a wasted stay as it was impossible to sleep

Room had A/C fault one temperature only VERY HOT, reception said solution was turn it off and open the window. There was a very loud party below our window that went till 2:30AM! Complained numerous times, asked for a different room but no response from management. Was told in morning they would refund our stay but we would need to go through Expedia.

Beautiful hotel! Very modern, well-equipped, clean and comfortable room, excellent food and service. Very close to airport and always nice to have the free shuttle service. Would absolutely stay here again….no complaints whatsoever!

The hotel is very well appointed and extremely convenient to the airport. Unlike most airport hotels, the food here is quite good and the level of care or like what you would find in the inner city. We had a small logistical issue to address and the front Desk team, specifically a woman named Alina , was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
