Our room had an unpleasant odor, like urine. Facility is older, shower curtain rusted, etc. Sketchy activity in parking lot. The total cost of the room was almost $150. Way overpriced.
The place was terrifying to walk around alone. Harbors the sketchy folk of the area that hang around at all hours of the night. The rooms smell of mold and the dining area was never open. The keys deactivated daily, even when kept far away from phones and other cards. Overall poorly managed and would never recommend going
The bed sheets and the comforter had visible stains. The comforter had holes. It was dirty over all and I am not picky. There was a guy who was covering for the people who owned it. Took my aunts card and ID because he wasn’t sure how to do the $300 or some diposit for dogs and then we never saw him again. The next day we never saw a single worker. No cleaning ladies. The towels were musty. It was a bit creepy and weird. Not functional.

Very quick check in. Very friendly front desk staff. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfy. Good basic place to stay.
Felt the room was dirty, there was a regular pillow on the couch in the lobby as if someone had just been sleeping there. The host was walking around in his bare feet.

The room had not even been cleaned by house keeping the beds were not made and garbage in the room from the previous occupants so they gave us a different room and the same thing l. Went and asked for a refund and they refused and got us a different room. The bed were made and clean but the bathroom had a dirty towel hanging on the door so I feel the room was not thoroughly cleaned.
The rooms were dirty, tub was gross, and there were bugs on the counter and in the bathroom.
We asked for extra blankets for both beds, but only 1 extra was available. Beds were also very hard/not comfortable at all.
We ended up not staying the second night because of a family emergency, but they said they could not refund the 2nd night because we had booked thru Expedia. Could you please let me know if a refund for the 2nd night is possible?
Also, one other thing, all of the emails from Expedia to me have been addressed to Stacy, and all the text messages were addressed to Shitley (not kidding). My name is Shirley Parker.

The floors were dirty in the bathroom and bathroom, no continental breakfast ( we were told they didn’t have enough staff to serve breakfast) and the lock on the door to our room didn’t lock. There was no need for a key to get I the building and didn’t need a key to get into the room 😏

Quiet hotel just needs some improvements.
Remodeling. Needs more attention from housekeeping and maintenance. Rm 107 needed dusted. Dust on lamp shade, bathroon not swept. Sink needed stopper, bathtub needed new shower head. Supposed to be non smoking and the first 6 rooms you have to pass are smoking. Need different entrance for non smokers so they dont have to breath the smoke in the hall. need listing for tv. The one on the tv you could not see the.channel numbers on.
Bed very comfortable, quiet hotel has non slip bathtub (wonderful).
Room wasn’t clean. Hair on the bathroom sink/counter and floor. Floors were not vacuumed since there was dirt and trash pieces on the floor. And while the confirmation email said it was a smoke free facility, it absolutely is not. By morning I was getting sick, and after recently having pneumonia this was the last smell I needed to be around. I was stuck there since I broke down while traveling and my vehicle was in the shop. No breakfast. Hard to understand staff since they struggle with English. Poor rating all the way around.
The furniture was very unique other than that the front desk Sucked...Never really smiled or offered assistance when I requested a first floor room. This hotel had NO ELEVATOR and I HAD TO CLIMB 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIR WITH TWO BAD KNEES TO GET TO .Y ROOM...
NOT ONLY DID THE TOILET NOT FLUSH BUT i had to fill the ta k up in order for the toilet to flush!!!
We stayed three nights and nobody cleaned our room we had to go the the front desk and get trash bags and gather our trash. We also had to go to front desk and get clean towels. There was also no breakfast as advertised. They said they didn’t have enough help
