Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!

Good stay
Family style hotel-park, with lots of things to do for kids. Works for business trips too, as room had kitchenette that made it easy to cook, and big room with table, wifi suprisingly good, and a nice balcony.

There were not enough parking lots. A great number of cars had to park outside the marked areas for parking. Furthermore, as the check-out time is 10:00, the check-in time should be earlier than 17:00. A very long line of people is trying to check in at 17:00, meaning that check-in takes more than half an hour

Die Anlage könnte im ganzen mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen. Aber es war alles sauber und sehr auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Leider haben die Parkplätze nicht ausgereicht. Ansonsten kann man dort gut Urlaub machen.

Bra område, sämre standard på boendet.
Området var bra. Boendet var ganska slitet och det var smutsigt på golvet i stugan. Där fanns mycket att göra för barnen. Fin strand!

Wir haben einen bungalow Hälfte gemietet und mehr war nicht drin.man hätte ja vielleicht mal irgentwie hinweisen können das die angebote alle mit gebucht werden müssen .eir haben eine behinderte tochter von 8 jahren und viel angbote gab es nicht für sie .haben unser Aufenthalt auch abgebrochen schon am Dienstag. Weil alles was man sehn kann in drei Tagen durch war.naja das nächste mal wird es die ostsee richtung polen werden.

Tråkig attityd hos personalen. Dålig språkkunskap, vilket det visserligen är i hela Tyskland. Hög kostnad jämfört med vad som ingår i priset. Wi-Fi överbelastat så det knappt har fungerat att använda.

Stekekomfyr manglet stekebrett, og kunne ikke brukes. Terrasse bar preg av dårlig vedlikehold. Ellers veldig fint anlegg strand og godt urvalg resturant og butikk. Kan anbefales som godt alternativ til eks lalandia

Die Auswahl der Restaurants ist gut und das Spaßbad ist schön gestaltet und für Kinder genau das Richtige. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht. Da auch Tagesgäste das Bad und den Strand benutzen, sind die Parkplätze sehr überfüllt und man muss ewig nach einem freien Parkplatz suchen, der dann auch mal 5-10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Noch viel schlimmer ist der Zustand mancher Zimmer. Es fehlen Utensilien, die laut der Inventarliste vorhanden sein müssten. Uns fehlte unter anderem der Toaster, den wir bei der Information nachfordern konnten. Dieser wurde uns schnell in das Apartment gebracht. Leider war der schmutzig und wurde nicht einmal kurz mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt. Das Zimmer war bei Bezug ebenfalls dreckig und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Wir mussten erstmal grob reinigen. Es gibt mehrere Gebäudeteile, die teilweise etwas moderner sind. Dennoch ist eine alte Ausstattung kein Grund dafür, nicht zu reinigen. Die Anlage ist aus den 70ern und scheint zum großen Teil genau dort stehen geblieben zu sein.

Ett gammalt 70-talskomplex som är mest anpassat för tyska barnfamiljer. Bommar in och ut till alla parkeringar gör det bökigt att anlända och parkera. Minimal ventilation, ingen AC. Samt mängder med måsar som skriker hela nätterna.

Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, man sah auch nie „Putzkräfte“. Der Balkon und die Treppenaufgänge wurden schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Schön ist in dem Park die zentrale Nähe und die vielen Angebote für „alt und jung“ :)

Ekstremt dårlig kommunikasjon. Fikk tildelt ett rom, fikk beskjed om å bytte dagen etter. Pakker sammen alle tingene våre for å sjekke ut tidlig. Får da beskjed om at vi skal ha det samme rommet allikavel. Blir ringt opp å kjeftet på at vi ikke har sjekket ut av rommet i tide. Etter mye frem og tilbake fikk vi beholde rommet vi hadde i utgangspunktet. Ellers fint sted.
