overall the place is lovely - very light and airy and clean. the one thing that let us down was the scum around the taps in bathroom sink and the scum around the sink - the rest was clean however didn't finish the job. As a result I ended up cleaning it myself with tissue and a spoon the clean the edges. Was so simple to clean and if I had cleaning fluid would have taken seconds - lazy cleaning. Didn't end up staying the night and left early

I loved having a yard for my dog, very convenient and the reason I chose this property. The pool was well maintained and I enjoyed having it. Unfortunately the property has been allowed to slowly fall into disrepair. It would have been awesome in its heyday, there were now overgrown veggie gardens, coy pond still has fish but was lacking water and needed a good clean. The aircon in my room dripped water inside directly above one of the few power points. No coffee machine or available breakfast that was advertised and very minimal teabags etc. I assume the dog friendly rooms are probably the least maintained as the place was quite full. I did enjoy my stay despite this.

Hotel a little tired, moldy curtain in the room, no fly screen on the sliding door to the balcony. Old musty smell in the room. However, the stay was pleasant enough the spa bath was ok, worked and was clean.

Walls dirty, door had rust all the way down to the floor from the door opener on top of door. The bathroom power plug unsafe, hairdryer plug fellout of the wall, dangerous. Was left 2 inches of toilet paper on roll. Carpet was dirty in corners. Soap holder in shower was broken. Drain was dirty. No microwave in room & comon microwave was fifthly. No tea towel or soap to was cups. Coffee cups were in fridge. Fridge leaked & was noisy. The power plug next to single bed was impossible to turn on. Had to move bedside tables from under headboard to get a plug to charge ph. Cupboard in entryway was left open due to very had to close.

This was the most disgusting place on earth. Do NOT stay here. My bed was held together by a protruding screwdriver. NO SMOKE ALARM. DRUG pipes in a cupboard - one smashed to pieces, Bathroom fan was falling from ceiling, one lock on the filthy door. Filth on the floors and counter/table tops, opened sachets of coffee provided with newer ones, the gardens unkempt even a rusty chair in with the fish pond, VERY noisy, no customer service, Dirty bbq provided but nothing to cook with and no plates/cutlery so no point cooking - seriously a disgrace and I'll be reporting higher when I get home. It should not be allowed to be open. A bus load of kids and noisy women arrived and it took forever for them to be roomed - they hung around outside my room and I couldn't hear myself think. Not organised, no welcome. FERAL.

The premises looked okay from outside though the lawns were infested with weeds, The room at first sight seemed okay but on further use I found the bathroom to be very much in need of maintenance No microwave supplied and no wine or spirit glasses provided also.
