The property was good, quiet, accessible to stores & restaurants, pool; too much chlorine, rooms: need deep cleanings, staff: great except for the bar attendant. There was a separate area 4 guests that u accessed via the bar area and she was a little difficult becuz we had outside beverages but we were going outside. Also felt like we were getting bit while n bed but couldn’t identify the source. No bites per se but itchy. Cookies upon arrival were a plus tho. Paid 4 breakfast but nvr woke up n time.

The facility was average . Interiors were dated. In my particular room, the tub/shower control knob was very loose. Bedside lamp worked intermittently and the security latch on the front door was about to fall off. The staff was very friendly, but once I received my credit statement it showed “pending charges for 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. I’ll need to wait a few days to see if the charges actually “post”, but this was quite disturbing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were amazing—friendly and attentive. The cookies were a delightful treat! The only downside was that the hotel was very busy during my stay, and there were some noisy guests in the early morning hours, which affected my sleep. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cozy accommodations.

I got to the hotel and was told i had no room reserved after i made reservation with an email reservation, i was stranded and had to start looking for a hotel which i paid $280 dollars a night.
