I got to the hotel and was told i had no room reserved after i made reservation with an email reservation, i was stranded and had to start looking for a hotel which i paid $280 dollars a night.
The staff was very slow and seemingly overwhelmed. I was given a room key to a room with a family inside of it. When I came back down he did not even apologize and was awhile finding another room for me. The stairs are not accessible to everyone and have to be unlocked by staff to use. It was very busy after the concerts and the elevators move very slow so there was a long wait in the lobby to get to room.
My stay was comfortable however the comforter had stains on it had to find housekeeping to replace. Had to call for replacement towels and wash clothes daily. Also had to call fir soap and toilet tissue often which should have been in the room.
I just don’t like it. The ceilings are low, some of the wood is chipped, there was a loud large air conditioner in my room so I couldn’t even sleep a total waste of money

Not sure it’s the weather, the air was extremely humid. The carpet was dirty and even kind of sticky. We asked for slippers but they don’t have any. The side of the sink was leaking to the floor. Overall it is a minimally managed facility for a Hilton..
On your Hilton information channel; it said that there's supposed to be a free shuttle service to the Metro station. I was told latter that there wasn't. In that case don't advertise that feature. Extremely disappointed.
