I was greeted by the lady in the bar who then escorted me to my room. It was clean and spacious. Facilities in the room included a mini fridge which was very handy. Breakfast tray provided including cereals, porridge, croissants. Tea, various choices of coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. Had a meal in the bar which was very good, lots of choice to suit all and both food and drink reasonably priced.

The room was clean, and a complimentary continental breakfast was provided. Toiletries and towels were available, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offers parking.
Room was ok for 1 night, had all you need. There was a fridge with dairy products in it & cereals & croissants plus the usual tea/ coffee etc & so cookies too. The only thing the ensuite was a bit small & cramped. I was booked for a late check in when the pub was shut & a member of staff waited there for me to arrive, which was very good of her, all in all a pleasant stay in room 5.

The double room was very much smaller than we anticipated.
There was a water pump in the en-suite bathroom that made a racket throughout the night.
Lovely traditional pub. Nice welcome. Good food, great service.
Can recommend for food and stays.
Just what I needed for 3 nights in Cornwall as a roaming tour guide!
Comfortable bed, good shower, peaceful area. The road quietens down for the night.
I was very disappointed with the Inn and especially the room. The shower was dirty the taps on the sink and the shower head cradle were very dirty. the walls in the shower were dirty. There was dirt under the fridge and the shelf in the fridge was dirty. I would have left but the landlady said I would probably have to pay expedia for the first night. I was very unhappy and told the landlady and the landlord who didn't offer me their names I had to ask the name of the landlord he gave me his christian name. I had travelled from Scotland to Newquay airport were everything went very well. Then I took the bus from the airport to Padstow and St Issey all went very well. When I walked into the lounge of the Inn I felt as though they were not expecting me . I had told the young lady I spoke to on the phone that I would be arriving early. I got there just after two in the afternoon. The rooms are usually ready for guests after four. However I was shown up to my room and found it to be unsuitable. There was a net curtain over the window hiding a rotten window frame.
Lovely traditional pub with simple accommodation and amenities set in a lovely part of Cornwall.
My room (3) was small but perfect for what I required for one night. Room included a small en-suite toilet and shower and the bed was comfy with cotton sheets. ‘Continental breakfast’ consisted of a porridge in a pot, orange juice carton, crackers, a very average pain au chocolate and tea/coffee. For what I paid it was probably about right but my expectations were slightly higher.
Welcome was nice, parking opposite in pub car park and the food menu looked lovely (although I didn’t eat there myself). The only real down side was the loud noise from the pub below, but when staying in a pub that’s only to be expected I guess. In summary, perfect for a night’s stay, clean and comfortable.
The Bar Open from 16:00h and 2145h ish and food from 18:00h To 20:00h if you feeling hungry after that you have to it the biscuits and crosses the it should be for you breakfast in the morning. Not shops or other pub around so you no have other choice. Friendly staff
Nice clean room, with fridge with water, milk and yoghurt supplied. Breakfast in room included cereals and fruit. Plenty of different teas to sample, coffee and biscuits. Only stayed forone night as meeting friends locally for a meal nearby, so did not get a chance to eat or drink at the pub.
The room was very clean and the breakfast things was well stocked. All the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much for them. The food in the pub itself was excellent and plenty of it. I would go back and stay there again.
Generally absolutely fine. Spacious clean room. Superb shower. Slept well. Breakfast items werent restocked so second mornings breakfast was light. Thats a minor quibble. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.
We arrived to a very warm welcome, the room was spotlessly clean, nice touches such as tea & coffee, a light breakfast if you wanted it, the beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen, plenty of towels, all in all a very pleasant stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Nice place to stay , people nice always there to help with anything, food in evening very good reasonably priced and home cooked, Bus stop right by ring o bells and not far from camel way . Would stay there again.
