My main problem was with the carpets throughout the hotel and in our room. They needed either a deep cleaning or replacement. My other problem was how the photos and the verbiage eluded to ocean front views, and there was no ocean to be found. The breakfast area was severely understaffed.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. They do not vacuum the rooms, halls or common spaces. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because they were so dirty, even hair ties and stained comforters and lamp fixtures could be found. The cleaning service was very poor but they were not stolen items (as far as we can tell more). One of the front desk guys and one if the maintenance (cleaning) guys were not so helpful and bother line rude. One if the rooms had furniture falling apart, dirty fridge and bathroom when we arrived. The elevators didn't work well and even the button lights were broken. The breakfast was not of good quality and the hours very inconvenient. One of the side doors was always open so what is the point of having keys for security? The ceiling was dripping water at the lobby as well. I wish I had not paid in advance so I could just go somewhere else. I have pictures as well.

Rooms were dated, first room received a lot of street noise. Lobby bar offered little beyond basics. Morning breakfast was one step above Motel Six. Considering the room price and the Hyatt name, I expected more. We were supposed to stay four nights, dropped it down to two. At check-out, I could not find the luggage cart, believe that there was only one cart for the untire hotel.

This hotel was just okay. It’s over priced and there is nothing special about it. It’s very outdated and they skimp on toiletries. It also far from everything. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was located in a decent area so I was glad that we were safe. The only issues I have are the following: I was calling at about 2pm on the day I was supposed to check in to verify if my room was ready or not and I kept getting placed on hold for minutes on end even though I called twice. By the time I got there, room had been taken and we were downgraded. Then, I was told late check out up to 4pm is $40. Now I see a $100 charge on my card? The room was not the cleanest. When I opened up the sofa bed (that I was not supposed to be sleeping in but due to the downgrade, had no choose), there was a men’s body wash bottle on the floor. Goes to show house keeping isn’t very thorough. Other than that, free parking, had the pool to ourselves, convenient location were what kept me from going crazy. Definitely going to make some calls in regards to the additional charge. I would recommend staying here but be more careful about getting the room you actually paid for and any charges and cleanliness.
