Room was not clean. There was sand on and in pull out sofa, pull out sofa was damp. The floors were sandy, I assume it was not vacuumed. There was mold in bathroom. I ended up cleaning the shower myself. The air conditioning smelled like mold. Which made the room smell moldy. We left a night early to not have to sleep there.

The location was perfect! Just one block from the beach and many restaurants. However, if you are a light sleeper, this place may not be for you. The walls are paper thin and you can hear anything and everything your neighbors are doing. The rooms look like they were recently renovated (bathroom, kitchen, and bedframes look nice and new), but it seems that some of the old things still remain (the couch, ironing board, ceiling fan, hanger bars all look old and out of place).

Great place to stay, just across from the beach and lots of good food places. Staff are super friendly!! Breakfast room is small and the coffee not so good and wish the rooms have additional mirror besides the bathroom.

Staff was very kind, they gave us our room earlier than expected, the room was very clean, nice and cool temperature inside. The location is very convenient walkable distance from the hotel to shops and the beach. Very recommended!

You get what you pay for.
I would describe this hotel as sufficient . The beds were worn out and noisy. The pull out couch is impossible to sleep on. Cleaning service is very minimal. The good sides , check in was great Kitchenette was equipped so you could actually use it. 2 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very close to all service and a lot of restaurants. Its half the price of the hotels across the street.
