We stayed here several years ago and the accommodations were reasonably good. The hotel was clean and in good working order. This time was barely passable. I mentioned the blocked ocean/beach view. That was due to a massive tent that the city had set up for a festival, so I can't blame the hotel for that. But the room floor felt like it had not been cleaned in a week or more. The bathroom sink did not drain well. I did not want to shower. The halls had water marks in the floor. The elevator floors were soft and buckling. Staff were very few and far between, although when we saw them, they were friendly and helpful. I knew that I was not at a luxury hotel but I expected more from a $230.00/night hotel. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Old hotel in disrepair
Rooms were ok, but hotel was in disrepair. No up keep on floors in elevator felt like you were gonna fall through the floor. Carpeting was filthy in the hallways. Windows were all cloudy due to broken seals. No paint repairs. Looked like a third world country outside of room. I don’t know who owns the hotel, but it is run by Indian staff.

The girl at the front desk was very rude. At first, I assumed she was just having a very bad day but found she is like that all the time. The place is dirty, smell, run down. The hotel is at good location but I will not stay here again.

For the price, it wasn’t all that. For $550 a night, I’d expect a little more. The bathroom was great, but the furniture was a little lackluster.

The room was okish but the good stopped there. The photos online must be really old. The area around the pool is now a bar- all you hear is LOUD music and drunk partiers. The music was so loud it can be heard not only in the lobby but in the hotel room too. The hallway and common areas were in condemnable condition. Walls are literally crumbling. The breakfast area would have a nice ocean view, if the windows were clean enough to see out of. The stair well smells like dirty mop water and weed. We wouldn’t dare attempt the elevator, it looks like a death trap. If you’re going on spring break or want to drink 24/7, this is the place for you. If you’re traveling with family and kids stay FAR FAR away. We were only there for 2 nights, if it were any longer we would have just left.

Hotel condition looks nothing like the photos!!! This hotel is in very bad shape. DIRTY and stained carpets throughout, chipped paint throughout, mildew odor and just very poor condition overall. Will never stay here again…

The room itself was perfect for what we needed. The ocean front balcony was amazing, it was great to hear the entertainment from the bar below. We also enjoyed the access to a pool as well. If I had to say anything, I would say that the carts to take your belongings up are too big to get around the narrow hallways and the small elevators and our floors ice machine wasn’t working, however we were able to go to another floor to get ice. Overall, it was a great stay.

We didn’t even stay. The room smelled like mildew and we saw a couple bugs. The comforter on the bed was worn and frayed. We felt ripped off.

The hotel and room were very dirty and needs renovation. Even the public restrooms smelled. I was glad we were there for only one night. Paid way too much. I’ve been to cleaner motels.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was poorly executed tried to shower all the family after we went to the run down pool and water got everywhere had to turn on the hair drier because the air vent didn’t work, I’m pretty sure there’s mold in that bathroom. Front desk white lady was very non-chalant. Music was on till 9/10 pm

This hotel has a very nice location and it's affordable. I liked the pool setup and breakfast but add some breakfast meats. Sad to mention the condition of the hall walls near the elevator. No shower curtain in the bathroom. The balcony door in room had a frozen lock that did not function or lock. Reported the issue to customer desk and she said she would have someone to take a look . When I returned to the room later that night, nothing had been done to the door. Therefore I did not feel safe to secure my valuables. I did not appreciate paying over 300 dollars for a room with no door lock.

Location was everything! We were happy to find a cheaper hotel so near the ocean. We absolutely loved the balcony! It wasn't the cleanest hotel we have stayed in, but we expected sand to get everywhere, so we didnt mind. Would definitely stay here again!
