I’ll preface this with we were in a pet friendly room but that shouldn’t have mattered. The room was disgusting, smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there was hair all over the bathroom. The bed didn’t appear to be freshly made. Just an awful experience.

Very clean room. The heater was a problem. When I turned it on hot air would come out, but then it turned to cool air. So I just turned it off and the room was cold.
