Terribel telephone customer services

I booked this trip to attend a concert with my daughter. In trying to confirm my reservation yesterday it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. After several calls we called the new reservation line and that person was not able to look at confirmed reservations???Really. Ended up staying at another hotel. Very poor customer service. At 11:30pm someone called to ask if I was still coming- NO!

Great stay!

Excellent accommodations breakfast was good. Parking is by valet only. There was 11 dollar charge each day not included in price but it was worth it.
