Property needs attention. Missing items, hair on sheets, wall paper in bathroom peeling, dirt in tub. No sugar or stir sticks for creamer. Agent at check in only stated room may not be ready. No greeting. Did not explain parking or if there was a fee,or breakfast. Just handed us the key and told us check out time. Outside seating area was never cleaned and is full of debris and leaves. Missed the mark on this stay.

The parking was across the street, very inconvenient, the hotel was dirty, front desk staff not friendly or helpful, no free breakfast, no free Wi-Fi, it was cold in VB so that it worst. That hotel needs be renovated and cleaner, The staff needs more training. I will not be recommending this hotel.

Hotel is not the same a lot of touch up work need to be done on the floors. Both comforters needed to be clean in my room my shower was disgusting had to clean myself and buy a bath mat bottom part of the toilet hadn’t been clean also floor was mapped and walked on wet had shoe tracks across it. Coffee pots downstairs need to be replace old burnt up looks nasty.

It was ok. For the price we were paying I expected better. Ice machine out of order. Mistake in billing at check out . $3.00 for a bottle of water in room. $6.00 for a bag of Doritos. Breakfast was good but expensive.

This hotel was very centrally located. It was in a lovely area with lots of shopping and eating opportunites. I walked around at night and felt very safe.

I checked in right at check-in time, so it was a little crazy (groups were checking in for weekend events). Room was in good condition, though there were a couple tiles in the bathroom that had become unattached from the floor and would move when stepped on.

Front desk was not welcoming at all..I even tried to throw in a joke because maybe she wasn’t having a good night and I get that because I’m in customer service but if you’re standing there I’m going to assume that you’re in a position to perform your job duties properly..she was not, didn’t even get a have a good night, enjoy your stay just a “yep” after I said thanks for my key. Other than that the room was nice, quiet and very comfy bed. I’d stay again.
