We were quoted, and paid in advance the full price on Expedia, for this hotel. When we checked in we were told that we HAD TO PAY $ 20 for self parking on their open parking lot. So if we didn't pay we would have had to park away from the hotel - down the street, in someone else's parking lot (to be towed) or paid parking garage ( again way down the street). MONETIZATION screwing travelers and not shown on Expedia.

Room was on the first floor. Our sliding glass door has hard to open and close but the views of the sunrises were beautiful. Dolphin sightings every morning from the room. Friendly staff and clean room. Dog friendly. Downfall: they charge $20. a day for parking.

Warm welcome from staff, clean comfortable room, oceanfront with a balcony, very dog friendly, easy parking, quiet atmosphere and occasionally warm cookies. We stay here twice a year for the last few years. It's our go to place to land with our small pups. Many military flyovers during the day if you enjoy watching those and a free morning sunrise.
