Experience a modern twist on historic western accommodations! The views of Zion National Park to the East, Smiths Mesa to the North and Gooseberry Mesa to the South are breathtaking! Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while sitting around your fire pit gazing at the star filled night sky.
This wagon has 1Queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 6 people and an indoor bathroom with a shower, flushing toilet and a sink. This wagon has heat and air conditioning. There is a small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker inside the wagon as well. Outside there is a Gas BBQ grill, a gas Fire Pit and a picnic table.
You will be given a door code on the day of check in.
Pets are allowed in this wagon. Must not be on the restricted breed list and is limited to 2 pets only.
Our park is located in Virgin, Utah. This is a small town with a ton of charm and friendly residents. The closest grocery store is in LaVerkin, Utah, a 5-7 minute drive from our park.
Zion National Park is a 20 minute drive from our Resort. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in the town of Springdale, just before Zion. Check the Zion National Park website for more information.

Amazing experience!
We had such a relaxing time staying here. We stayed in a wagon. The beds were so comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The wagon had everything we needed for our stay including campfire blankets and tongs for s’mores. We will be back!
