Experience a modern twist on historic western accommodations! The views of Zion National Park to the East, Smiths Mesa to the North and Gooseberry Mesa to the South are breathtaking! Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while sitting around your fire pit gazing at the star filled night sky.

This wagon has 2 Queen beds and an indoor bathroom with a shower, flushing toilet and sink. This wagon has heat and air conditioning. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a small refrigerator inside as well. Outside there is a gas BBQ grill, a gas fire pit and a picnic table.

You will be given a door code on the day of check in.

Our park is located in Virgin, Utah. This is a small town with a ton of charm and friendly residents. The closest grocery store is in LaVerkin, Utah, a 5-7 minute drive from our park.
There are a few restaurants close by to enjoy a burger or something a little more extravagant.

Zion National Park is a 20 minute drive from our Resort. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in the town of Springdale, just before Zion. Check the Zion National Park website for more information.
