This was a fine hotel for the price. Our bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall the room was good. The pool and hot tub area were nice and seemed well-kept. The staff was VERY nice. The biggest complaint is that it's right next to a noisy road and it is sandwiched between two closed businesses (an over grown putt-putt course & a large closed restaurant).

It was very convenient for us and easy to get in and out. I was a bit dismayed at the handicapped shower/bathtub. The handle took both hands at full strength with a washcloth to not hurt your hands. There was also nothing! to hang on to when you tried to step out. That was quite dangerous and needs to be addressed asap. I’m not disabled and it scared me and I worried about my husband who has Parkinson’s. The people were all very nice and helpful all around!

The Parking lot was covered in Mud and tracked into building. There are kids just running wild in parking lot and in the building. The breakfast was horrible, the lady was just microwaving the food and dumping it in the warmers. There was no flavor at all it was messy all around the food stations. Plus the waffle maker wasn't working

Front desk was friendly with efficient service. Hotel in general seemed run down. It needs a refresh; it’s clean but gives the appearance of being dirty as it’s showing its age. The room was mostly clean. Had a very nasty dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod that stank and was disgusting. Bed was comfortable and slept well. It’s expensive for its current condition. Next time I’m staying at the other hotel. If this hotel gets remodeled then I’ll be back. The friendly staff is best part of the experience here.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the past fifty years in all fifty states and most every Canadian province. This place rates as the single worst hotel experience I have had. Mainly it was because the indoor swimming pool is at/under the windows of several guest rooms. Amplified noises from the pool (think "singing in the shower" times twenty) are unbelievably loud. Couple that with incredibly bright pool ceiling lights that also shine into guest rooms. Additionally, the door between the pool and lobby hall slams shut and bounces two more times which pounds the guest room walls/floor, Lastly, people were in the pool all day between 8:00 am until just after 10:00 pm. All this adds up to being unable to sleep or hear the television or concentrate on work stuff. If you stay here and want a quiet place, ask for a room far away from the pool.
