Expedia service was excellent. Hotel area is nice! Recepción check in took an hour! Towel service is a nightmare. No hand towels. Client services at pools and restaurants is poor. Pricing at restaurants misleading. Such potential but needs better administration for the prices they charged!

From the start staff was very rude, majority of food in the menu is pure crap pizza, pasta and other dishes are warmed up in the microwave, and charged and top scale dining. Stay away from restaurant! The only good thing was the breakfast. Overall really bad value for the price.

El hotel es lindo, las habitaciones luxury que son las modernas me gustaron, las piscinas son muy agradables, el restaurante tiene comida rica. Deben mejorar en la atención del personal especialmente la recepción, me cambiaron la habitación que había pagado y no hicieron nada por darme la que había comprado, falta instalar secadores y minibar en las habitaciones

Room was not ready at check in. Had to wait a half hour with a newborn after a 5hr road-trip. No towels in the room. Had to ask 3 times for towels. Super thin walls where I could hear EVERYTHING and was kept up the entire night.
