Perfect hotel and perfect stuff . Beautifully decorated, with breath taking view of cathedral, clean convenient. Walking distances to all major landmarks of the city Stuff is very helpfully with all your needds.

Beautiful vacation
Everything looked amazing from the lobby to the room. The room was beautiful and comfortable with everyday service. When we arrived we had complimentary wine and macaroons waiting for us as well as complimentary drinks in the fridge restocked every day. The room was always clean and bathroom restocked. The interior is very romantic and cozy with some modern digital elements. Pleasant stay and definitely worth the money.

This is an amazing property in every way! The staff was amazing and the amenities superb. The only issue was that I prepaid for the breakfast but the desk tried to charge me for it upon checkout. They initially didn’t agree that I paid up front, but after looking into it further, the issue was resolved. The hotel is small but full service and is in the heart of the city and easily walkable to significant attractions. If something is not walkable, the subway is just a few meters away!

This was right in the middle of Old Town so very walkable to shops and restaurants. Great location, beautiful and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful. They will call a taxi for you. The breakfast is now by menu and was excellent! The waitstaff were very kind and professional. We enjoyed the bar area. There are umbrellas available for customer use. My only suggestion would be for better appetizers and food to order from the bar area. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a new hotel in an old building renovated impeccably right in the centre of the old town. The attention to detail and quality is first rate. We were there for 3 nights and loved every minute. The bedding is truly luxurious. We had the large breakfast for two and it was worth it. Delicious! It filled us up for quite a while. They have a little bar restaurant with a few items of food that were also very tasty. The staff is first rate. In the bar restaurant they prepared a little extra food for us because it raining and cold outside and we didn’t want to go out. And last, but not least, we have to give a shout out to Tanvir at the front desk. He was truly exceptional. He made dinner reservations for us and was very knowledgeable about the area and Vienna. He helped us quite a bit. Thank you Tanvir! This is a great hotel. We both highly recommend it!

We stayed for 3 fantastic nights at the Leo Grand Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Greeted us and asked if all was ok anytime we came or went from hotel. Nice hand written personal note, macaroons and bottle of wine was a very nice surprise. Minibar is also included. Room was very comfortable and quiet. A wonderful location, close to the St. Stephen Cathedral, felt safe, lots of shopping and restaurants outside the doors....perfect location in Vienna! We had a great time in Vienna and would love to stay here again!

I am so grateful for all the attention I received from the staff at this hotel. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful. They made up our room with rose petals and a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration. And not to mention the mini fridge, everything inside is complimentary. Vienna was very hot and it was nice to find something to drink in the mini fridge. Thank you Leo Grand Hotel for such excellent service.

Great location for walking to places like the Opera and Spanish Riding School. Lovely, helpful staff. Comfortable, large rooms (23 &24) although no bath, just a shower. Not a problem for me, but some people like a bath. Wine in an ice bucket and macarons a nice welcoming touch. Would be very happy to return. Restaurant being refurbished while we were there, but plenty of other places to go so not a problem.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.

Best hotel in Europe so far! We have been traveling throughout Europe for several weeks. This was an oasis of comfort and joy for us! The checkin was awesome with comfortable chairs and a glass of wine! The room was big, very comfortable bed and awesome shower. The mini bar had complimentary beverages. Not to mention a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel with a complimentary bottle of white wine! The staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home! Especially Zenit, he was especially nice to us! Breakfast was served in a beautiful setting in an outside terrace with delicious and healthy choices for breakfast ! We definitely would stay at The Leo Grand again !

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel. Everything was beautiful - so much attention to detail. Check-in was quick and seamless, and as a traveler from another country the quick tutorial on the thermostat, lights and blinds was greatly appreciated, as well as the complimentary drinks, macarons and handwritten welcome note. We enjoyed the breakfast on our last morning - be sure to try the smoothie - so refreshing! We are so glad we chose to treat ourselves to this boutique hotel while in Vienna! It was a gorgeous hotel and was a perfect stay. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom even more spectacular! Everything and the attention to detail was priceless ! The convenience to the St.Stephens Cathedral was the best ! As well as the walking distance to just about every shopping store or food option. I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel and stay except that I wished I had planned a few more nights to enjoy my stay.

Great experience overall. The location is very conveniently situated and walkable with subway/public transport close by. The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond concerning any questions and tickets that you might need help obtaining.
