No telephone in the room, no service to the room at all. Staff refused to give the desk phone number to me because “there is no service to the room, so you don’t need to call!” I explained that I am elderly and was concerned that if I became ill or fell, I would have no way to call for help. Finally, after quarreling with me, the desk clerk gave me their number. Also, the reception desk was in the bar, and the clerk was the bar tender!
