Really nice and clean room, tram stop at the top of the road, one block from the subway station. Supermarket not to far away either. Friendly staff. Would look to stay here again if we came back.

Beautiful Vienna
Lovely hotel near the arena. Convenient to get public transit. Would stay here again. We had come to see Taylor Swift which ofcourse never happened. Our stay was still nice

Rioca had all the necessities for my 10-day stay in Vienna! I love the kitchenette addition to my room and the other amenities too. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed help as well! It wasn't a huge problem for me but I wasn't aware that there was no AC so it was a little hotter (not unbearable) some nights when I stayed in July. Again, also not a major issue for me but there were ants on some of the furniture in my room so I had to make sure I don't put any of my things there. Overall, I have had a good stay and would come back again!

Room size was good, self contained apartment. No air con was bad, especially when its 31 degrees outside, building says it cools itself but reception had 2 portable aircons to keep cool downstairs.

The hotel was beautiful great facilities has a gym and games room the shower was heavenly and the room was great the staff was so nice and helpful the only down side is its a little out the way from the city centre but theres a bus (74a) that gets you there in 5 minutes the accommodation was with out a doubt the best part about my time in vienna.

What an amazing hotel! We loved staying at the Brazilian themed hotel. Our room was really big with lots of facilities to charge all phones and laptops. We had a kitchen with a fridge, hairdryer with diffuser and a swing!! The bar on site was a great place to relax in the evening as a family. The only suggestion would be for a fan in the room. Staff were lovely and it was very clear that they all got on, there was a real sense of community with staff socialising in the bar when they weren’t working. Great location, very easy to get into the centre of Vienna. Not many eating options nearby, but lots of supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Very good location within easy reach of trams and metro into town. Amazingly quiet and staff are efficient and discrete. The room facilities are excellent with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. There is a safe in the wardrobe, which is simple to operate. I will definitely stay here again.

Feel as if you were home!
The place was very homey and comfortable. It was not in the town centre. But it was quite easy to walk to the center. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They went beyond to make our stay great!
