This is a small, residential-feeling place in the absolute heart of historic Vienna. Service with a smile and working AC! The building is "historic" so outlets are limited, and the rooms are NOT large, but the place is elevated by small thoughtful touches and a very helpful front desk that made it feel almost like a homestay. Great value overall!

Great little hotel in top location
We had a wonderful stay at the Pension Suzanne! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were cleaned to perfection everyday. The location was right in the middle of Inner Stadt and a few minutes away from major sites like the Opera, Stephansplatz, and Hopsburg Palace. Our room was a tad on the small side and could use a little updating but that's to be expected in a major city like Vienna. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to be back again!

This location was perfect!! It’s not a fancy hotel but very clean and located between a boba shop and a Korean snack shop. There’s also a very good Japanese restaurant two doors down. Our day trips’ meeting place was at the Opera House, conviently located within a 3 minute walk. A very good value especially when traveling with 2 adult kids and one teenager. We booked 2 separate rooms. I would stay here again.

Superb in every way!
It is hard to write a positive enough evaluation of our stay at Pension Suzanne. Everything was superb! This is no exaggeration! Everyone involved in dealing with guests (including the wonderful owners) was professional, thoughtful, and kind. We absolutely loved every minute and hope to stay at Pension Suzanne soon again!
