We had a very long layover and it was extremely easy to get to and from the airport. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We took the CAT to city center so we could walk to the hotel and see the city.

The hotel is clean & the location is convenient (the nearest metro station is Erdberg on line U3, just a couple blocks away from the hotel). I was pleased that they let me have an early check-in. However, I was not happy that housekeeping is only done every 3 days (I stayed for 4 nights). One evening I asked the front desk for some clean towels & the lady at the reception informed me that they didn´t have any. I found it hard to believe that a hotel of this size doesn´t have any single clean towels in stock. I would not stay here again.
