Our modern boutique-style condo in "The Union" building at 517 Fisgard Street incorporates urban living with Victoria's historical beauty. The building is located at the foot of Victoria's Chinatown and Old Town districts with a 99% walking score to the never ending list of amenities and attractions. Our picturesque harbour and Johnson Street bridge are steps away from the building. Location, convenience, and quality surroundings make this the ideal location for your stay in Victoria!
Our one bedroom/one bathroom condo is 510 square feet with a fresh and welcoming living space. The unit is quiet as it has a large south-west facing private patio overlooking the buildings' 6,000 square foot landscaped courtyard garden below; making it perfect for any relaxing getaway or business accommodation.
The bedroom has a luxury queen size bed and the living room has a double pull-out sofa bed - both with high quality linens and pillows. To ensure you are comfortable, we also provide a 50" 4K TV with blue sky cable; Google Assistant; in-suite laundry, a furnished balcony to enjoy year round; as well as a work station charging area and free wi-fi. So whether you want to pack in as many activities as possible, or just relax and kick back, coming home to our condo will ensure that your Victoria stay is relaxing and worry-free.

As part of your booking, we will forward you directions and check in information in advance of your stay. No keys are required to check in - you will be given a personalized access code. GETTING AROUND:
Everything is so close - a car is not needed.
If you’re eager to explore more of Victoria, there are public transit and taxi stops right outside the building. There are also tour buses, carriage rides, water taxis, kabuki cabs, or kayak and bike rentals are available for our more adventurous explorers!
PARKING:
Parking is free in Victoria, between 8 pm and 8 am everyday and free on Civic Holidays. On Discovery Street between Wharf and Government Streets there is 2 hour free parking.
There are City parkades and Robbins parking lots throughout Victoria that offer hourly and daily rates (please check signage for rates). The City parkades are less expensive and the closest one is less than 300 meters walk from the condo - the Centennial Square Parkade at 645 Fisgard Street. It offers covered/secure spots with hourly; all-day; and overnight parking.
