A unique pearl in the centre of Victoria downtown. Right beside China Town, steps to ocean, classic street view, walking distance to coffee shops, gift shops, tea tasting trips and all the downtown Victoria has to offer! Comes with parking. Easy check in. Don’t miss out this beautiful cosy condo!
When you enter the suite, there is a four pieces bathroom with bathtub. Washer and dryers are in one of those wall closets.

In the bedroom, there is a mirror and night stands. Room is equipped with dyson heater/cooler. There is also desk area in the bedroom.

In the living room, we have flat screen TV who is connected to Netflix and YouTube. Real leather white sectional sofa is extremely cosy!

Kitchen is well stocked with glasses, utensils, fridge, dishwasher, pots, cutlery, microwave, stove and oven, sink, and assorted tea & coffee!

Wireless internet is very fast. Drink tea on the balcony to embrace the first trace of sunlight in Victoria. Watch people start emerging on the street is a fun experience.

Walking distance to all sorts of shops, restaurant, ocean, China Town, Bay Centre, Public Market, and all amenities downtown Victoria has to offer!

Location downtown so convenient
Good place just needs some improvements and would be outstanding. Not very clean- finger prints on all doors, light over kitchen table never cleaned. Deck dirty and registers need a good cleaning. Need a new bed and couch!!! We stayed for 3 weeks and no TV provided so that was upsetting.

Refresh and deep clean needed
This property is an excellent location -easy access to all you want to see and do in Victoria. Our host was able to accommodate a request for an earlier checkin-much appreciated. The unit was well equipped for longer stays The unit itself was disappointing in furnishings and cleanliness. The couch is supported with plywood under the cushions-not comfortable. It really needs to be replaced. The dining chair covers were stained as was the shower curtain. We washed both before we used. Heavy dust covering the cold air returns- we tried to clean these as best we could. The vacuum was not emptied and the swiffer was broken; it was actually covered with a paper towel and held together with tape and broken chopsticks. We also cleaned the oven as it smoked when we turned it on. The area behind the toilet was gross. We were in this unit for 2 weeks so had plenty of time to see the deficiencies.

Perfect location. Walk to everything.
Good building, good security. Very well provisioned. Only thing was its time to update the sofa and bed mattresses. Sofa has plywood under cushions, very uncomfortable as it platform type bed. Understandable wear and tear, everything else good but it woukd make for a perfect stay with an update to the furniture.

Great place to enjoy Victoria
Everything about the condo was excellent. It is very nicely decorated, and the location is superb. Kitchen was well stocked - it had everything we needed. The property manager explained everything clearly and check-in and out went seamlessly. We really enjoyed our stay!
