Located within the prestigious Victoria Regent building, the suite is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly showcase the panoramic scenery, providing you with a luxurious home-away-from-home experience.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a variety of essentials, making it easy for you to whip up culinary delights!

Unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a large flat-screen smart TV and stylish furnishings that create a warm, elegant atmosphere—all while soaking in those stunning views. In addition, the living area includes a work desk for those who wish to work from home.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King-sized bed and black out blinds. The ensuite bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combination. Plus, the suite offers in-suite washer and dryer.

Important Notes:

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

LOCATION: The suite is located in the Victoria Regent building but is not part of the Victoria Regent Strata Hotel. The suite is advertised and operated by Victoria Prime.

GUEST ACESS: This apartment is a Shared Space where you will share common areas like the living room and kitchen with the owner, who values your privacy and will ensure you feel comfortable during your stay. You will receive two access cards for convenient entry to both the parking garage and your suite.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6' (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

Wonderful location and condo
This is a rare find. Very clean and in a great location. The management added some extras too for a care free stay. We were able to walk to all places in the inner harbor. We hope to return again.
