This wonderfully spacious two bedroom cottage which is nestled in amongst the exquisite teak trees on a quiet road in suburbia Victoria falls. The perfect getaway to explore the area with the many great activities we have to offer, in and around the Falls, swim, relax and enjoy the sanctuary of this beautiful paradise. Modern designed decor with lovely outside verandah and garden space surroundings with an abundance of birdlife.

Cosy, comfortable and private accommodation home surrounded by electric fence and wall in a quiet area just a stone throw from the centre of town. The indoor and outdoor living area is spacious and inviting. It has a large outside covered veranda a private small pool. The cottage has two bedrooms, both ensuite, with mosquito nets and air conditioning for your convenience, state of the artfully furnished modern kitchen for self-catering, a big lounge and dining area. Fresh linen and towels are provided, TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The property is surrounded by an electric fence and walled with secure parking.

There are many attractions such as white water rafting, sunset cruises, zip line, canoeing, gorge walk, helicopter rides etc., in the falls and we would be only too happy to assist with activity bookings and transfers.

A daily maid service which includes making beds, rubbish removal, sweeping and laundry is available at an additional cost.

We have a great neighbourhood of Elephants, Kudu, Warthogs & Baboons so guests can experience an up-close and personal encounter with the bush.

We about 15 min walk to town, or a short taxi ride which cost $5 per taxi, where you will find some great restaurants, bars and shops.
