I requested and paid for a room with two beds, and upon arrival i was given a room with one bed. When I talked to the staff they said i did not request this, there is nothing they could do to fix this mistake, and it was my fault. I showed them my booking confirmation that showed I requested two beds, and they continued to say there was nothing they could do, they never received this request, it’s not their problem, etc. Only upon request of a partial refund for this error did the staff offer to add a second bed to my room. I had also paid for breakfast accommodations online, which the staff stated they also did not receive, and asked me to pay the addition of breakfast again.
