Average but needs maintenance
We booked this stay as a stop over as we drove through the Okanagan. I stayed in room 106 and the room had a fly infestation (drain flies) and the carpets are very, very dirty and soiled. The carpets can definitely use a steam cleaning and the hotel can use a deep cleaning as well. I would rank this as a solid 2 star hotel, not 3 star. It’s good if you just need to rest for the night but I wouldn’t make this my hotel if I had to stay in the area for a while.

Terrible communication Regarding pet friendly accommodation Reception told me there others options near by n shared a list with me before checking my reservation noticed it was a pet room reserved. More concerned bout whether my pet was service dog or not. She’s a qualified emotion support dog that qualifies under government regulations Difference is she is not a guide dog for physical needs she’s emotional support dog for mental health and was refused to be acknowledged! I have the certificate indicating such qualifications. So suggested I book somewhere else and I was also on motorcycle n just traveled several Kms to get there and booked this many wks ago. Frustrated n very upsetting to go through this ordeal for nothing! Please inform staff to look at booking first before making assumptions Sincerely Linda

The room was extremely dirty and terrible. All the facility such as the mattress, carpet, chair, table, washroom, shower, bath towel (yellowish color) & etc are too old and not working properly. It looks no maintenance at all. We will not stay again and will not refer to anyone. Just only one word can say "Terrible" experience!

This hotel is a dump. Long line of complaints from people waiting for the front desk. Wifi was out for the entirety of our stay. Pool was gross. Rooms were dingy and not cleaned well. This place nickel and dimes your for everything.
