The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. We chose this hotel for the full kitchen. But the kitchen was not well outfitted. Some good pots and pans would be useful. It also needed utensils and drinking glasses. We had to ask for a dish towel and dish soap. The staff did their best to assist us and really helped to make the stay pleasant.

I DID NOT stay here ! The room was filthy, so we walked in and walked right back out and demanded a refund ! I went and booked another room elsewhere and that was a bit of a hassle after driving 12 hrs to get to my destination only to have to find another hotel last minute !

For the price I can do much better
The property is in need of major upgrading and repair. I would choose a different hotel next time. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. Upon entering the suite we did a bed bug check and was all clear. The carpet was dirty. the kitchen cupboards had crumbs all inside of them. Found dirty plates in the cupboard. I wouldn’t trust that anything had been properly cleaned. There was a list of all kitchen items that should be in the kitchenette. Many items were not there. Only 1 fork, 1 spoon and 1 bowl, 3 plates etc, there was supposed to be 4 of each. No dish soap available so we could wash the dishes. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. This was not restocked previous to check in. We did not ask to have the room serviced during our 3 night stay. We did connect with the cleaners for towels and garbage removal each day and they were very friendly and accommodating. I had planned to use the on site workout room but it is located in the lobby with big glass windows facing the main entrance and check in desk. This provided zero privacy during a workout and felt a bit awkward..like I’d be on display for everyone to see so I chose not to use it, I never saw anyone use it during my stay, perhaps I’m not the only one who felt that way. When showering the water took a very long time to get warm. I was almost done showering by the time it started to warm up. The desk clerk was friendly. Staff were kind. That is about all this place has going for it.

Customer service was amazing every time I called. I got a friendly voice on the other end and great information. Unfortunately the room was quite dirty and I really should have asked for a different room. Tv remote didn't work properly. Only one plug-in was available. No vending machines but at least there was the grocery store across the street

The staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable. The only.reason it was 4 instead of 5 stars was that there were some ongoing renovations (e.g., a kitchenette was non-functional in the room; but the provided microwave made up for it). I would stay again 😊
