The building is very modern and nice, and the staff were nice and helpful. It is strange that in some nice looking hotels in Mexico they make you not want to come back by skimping on important details. The first was the wifi. They have a unique login for each room, but the signal was unstable and so slow it was basically unusable. The service man came immediately and rebooted the device, but with no improvement. Their solution was for me to use the business meeting room, which was very nice of them, but I would prefer to use my room as I do in all other hotels. The coffee make was a unique device I had not seen, but it also did not work as instructed. To top it off there was no hot water in the morning to shave and shower. My friends, you have invested a great deal in a very nice looking hotel. Don't ruin the investment by loosing your customers because you want to save a little on the customary and necessary details.

Muy mala atención cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que no tenía clima que lo estaban arreglando y que teníamos que esperar q fuéramos a dar una vuelta y regresáramos más tarde 😡 luego al otro día no servía el elevador y tuvimos que subir 4 pisos y las respuestas de la recepción eran muy groseros

Las instalaciones está muy bien, solo que el wifi nunca lo pudimos usar, primero por qué lo estaban reparando y después no pudimos acceder con la contraseña que nos dieron. El ruido de los pasillos se escucha dentro de los cuartos.

La Ubicacion que se publica se menciona que esta en el CENTRO de Veracruz..... y resulto que esta por el Aeropuerto. Se reservo para 2 personas y solo habia una TOALLA en el BAÑO. Para la Facturación tuve que enviar 3 ocasiones mis Datos y pareciera que NO llevan un registro de sus Huespedes, pues me preguntaron incluso, la Fecha y la Haiotacion que ocupe.¿¿¿??? El Control de la TV NO Funcionó. Envié Mensaje x Whatts porque NO hay Extensiones y NO tuve solución......
