Very noise
There were noisy groups in the hallway at midnight and nobody to tell them to keep quiet. I had a 3 night reservation and move out at the following day. I didn't get my money back but was much better to stay out. Too small elevator (2 people without luggage) and too small stairs. Staff very friendly. I suppose "if you pay peanuts you'll get monkeys" Not a clean aspect in the neighborhood

INTERESTING HOTEL. I DID NOT HAVE OCEAN VIEW BUT IT WAS OK. MANY POLICE OUTSIDE SO IT WAS PRETTY SECURE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Convenient and practical place
Close to the beach, restaurants and gigantic hypermarket to get food for the fridge in the room. Covered parking. Next to a police station, and therefore extremely safe. I arrived two days after the Fernand storm and elevators were not working. Very helpful staff carried my bags to the third floor in no time. If you are looking for a hotel to crash while having a good time in Veracruz and Boca del Río, this is good.

Las instalaciones en muy mal estado, poca flexibilidad al chekinn, no proporcionan las toallas suficientes, la llave del lavabo estaba oxidada, el lavabo tapado, la regadera se quedaba sin agua de repente, la ventana del baño no tenía seguro o más bien estaba roto, los espejos de la habitación estaba muy sucios, muy mal en general

No tiene elevador no nos dieron toallas suficientes sacaron nuestro coche a la calle en la noche y nos mandaron mensaje de amenaza de que si no salíamos en punto nos cobrarían 50 la tarifa a pesar que cuando llegamos no estaba nuestro cuarto disponible en fin se ve que no quieren su fuente de trabajo

Cuando llegue, me dijeron que expedia había cancelado mi reservación. La realidad es que sobre vendieron el hotel y por haber llegado a las 7 pm me dijeron que habían cancelado mi reservación. Nunca recibí una notificación de cancelación, me quede sin hotel. Además que las encargadas y la gerente súper groseras y no me dieron solución. Dijeron que todo fue culpa de Expedia cuando en realidad fue el hotel. CERO recomendado

El hotel muy bien. El cervicio de limpieza cada que quieren. No dan las toallas necesarias por persona. No hay televisión por cable solo abierta 6 canales y el aire acondicionado no tiene fuerza suficiente para aclimatar la habitación.

No pude dormir hasta tarde
Por el tipo se hospedaje entiendo que no debe tener uno grandes expectativas pero hubo 2 detalles, el primero apagaron el aire acondicionado muy temprano por la mañana desde un tablero en recepción; el segundo las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz así que es molesto dormir con la claridad de la luz y calor. Así que tuve que desocupar la habitación más temprano de lo deseado.
