Book a tee time at Olivas Links, or hike the trails at Arroyo Verde Park. Ventura Botanical Gardens is also nearby. Explore charming downtown Ventura in a short drive. Or walk just a few minutes to the beach.

Release your inner chef in the newly updated kitchen, fitted with gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Select a beverage from the wine fridge and perch at the center island with seating. When dinner is ready, the dining table will seat your guests. Relax with a crisp drink on the partially covered patio, fenced for ultimate privacy. Swing under the shade of the mature tree or lounge on sun-dappled seating. A table is ideal for evening appetizers under the twinkling string lights. The spacious balcony offers an additional space to bask in the sunshine. THINGS TO KNOW
The City of Ventura has construction occurring less than half a mile away at Marina Park. Work will typically occur on weekdays, but could also transpire on weekends or overnight. Noise may be audible during work hours. The project is slated to be completed in 2025.
This two-story house is accessed via one step at the entryway.
The hot tub is out of order.
This vacation rental is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
