I had a wonderful stay. Stephanie and Clementine, help get my checkin swiftly. I had been denied a room I prepaid at Travers Inn. Lucky this place was close by. The kindness of the two ladies whom work at BW are amazing. I would definitely stay at BW because of their kindness.

The was in good shape only the back bed in room 212 made a lot of noise when you got into out of the bed. Everything was nice on site but I did not get my BW points because I booked through Expedia. I tried to use the hotel to make my reservation the week before, but whoever I talked to at the front desk said they were busy and to use the online. I will make sure next time I stay at a BW to book with them or use Expedia for a different hotel

Great Option for a Great Rate
This was a surprisingly great stay! Parking was ample, and included in the price. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was cozy and sheets were soft. Shower had great water pressure, and bathroom had a window to vent for steam, which was nice. The property does back up to the train so there is noise from that often, but I did not mind. Really close to TONS of shopping, restaurants, the pier, etc. Will definitely stay again.

The welcoming committee top notch! Check in was fast and painless. Rooms were beautifully remodeled? Best place we've stayed in since going to the Ventura Car show. Walking distance to all the entertainment on main street. Will definitely stay bere again..love the no smoking facility.

Way Over-priced
This place is way over-priced! The room was clean however guests have to request maid service otherwise it doesn't happen. One ice machine in the whole place accessible only through the front office (a fair walk from my room). There are better properties in Ventura for the exorbitant cost of this place. The only reason I stayed here was because it was last minute.

almost alright
bed was uncomfortable but overall the room was adequate. Breakfast was lovely but the refused to have a pitcher of water out for the guests.
