Great location close to station

The location was perfect for us, group of 6. It's very close to the train station and if getting a taxi to and from airport then made it very easy as we would of had to get water taxis etc to get further into Venice. It's a busy spot as it is close to the station. The hotel is clean and staff were generally polite, the breakfast included was ok, we had to book slots for when we wanted to have breakfast, which was ok but there were days when I was up earlier/later I'm sure they would've accommodated had I asked to move my slot. The mosquitos were not pleasant and only on our last day did we realise there were net covers for the windows, travelling mid October and the weather was still quite warm so having to keep windows shut was very uncomfortable at night.

This hotel was great for a quick visit to Venice. Easily accessed from where the bus from airport drops you off. There was only one long bridge with steps on either side to get to the hotel vs having to go over multiple bridges with your bags. The hotel is <5 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were small but comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty with good food options. Location is a great base for walking around to explore Venice.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Venice. Not only was the ambience of the hotel fantastic, with clean modern rooms and an incredible bathroom, but the breakfast was unbelievable. There were so many options of high-quality pastries, and things like eggs and sausage. I can’t say enough good about it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection to satisfy all guests. The only negative item for us was that they had already turned off the air conditioning making the room too warm (mid October) for us. A ceiling fan would have solved the problem. Instead we had the window open making it difficult to sleep due to the street noises.

Air conditioning is turned off “for the season. Asked the front desk for help and was told to open a window. Next day AC unit leaked dirty water into luggage from ceiling above door. Asked front desk and was give. Towels. No apologies or offer of reimbursement
