We Survived! 1- Bedroom Beachfront Penthouse - 28 night min.

Venice, Florida, experienced significant impacts from back to back Hurricane's which included historic flooding, storm surge and wind. We are deeply aware of the challenges many in our community are facing, and our thoughts are with those who have been affected.
OUR CONDOS WERE NOT DAMAGED and we have guests arriving in November. Our pool is not open due to damage and our club house is undergoing restoration.
There will much ongoing work as we recover, but we are excited to let you know that the beach is open, and the famous Historic Venice Avenue—with its vibrant array of restaurants and shops—experienced no damage.
We invite you to come stay with us and support our beloved community during this recovery period. Your visit will not only provide you with a much-needed getaway, but also help Venice, Florida, as we work to return to normalcy.
Ocean views on the penthouse level with a walk-out enclosed lanai providing 180-degree views of white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters, the famous Venice jetty, Intercostal highway, Bird Island, Snake Island, and Roberts Bay. The beautiful Venice beach is just minutes below and the sunsets are spectacular and unique every night. Walking distance to the Jetty, Restaurants, Yacht Club, Freedom Boat Club, Venice Youth Boating & Sailing, bike & kayak rentals, and much more. This 1 bedroom includes a King Suite with ensuite, an ingenious cabinet bed with an exceptionally comfortable queen mattress. Large lush leather sofa with three electric reclining seats. Beach Views from every window. High-speed wireless internet, smart TVs, and digital cable are provided in the living room and both suites. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are provided.

Venice with a View!
Ideal location - right on the beach! Amazing views. Walked and biked everywhere - beach, town center, local sites. Perfect for two people. Owner was very responsive and made sure we had a smooth transition to Venice. Loved our stay there. Would highly recommend.

What a special unit with beautiful 7th floor views of the beach, jetties and intercoastal. Everything was great-pool, beach, elevators, furnishings, equipped kitchen. Close to town, restaurants and groceries. Joey was easy to work with and prompt in answering our questions. Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at San Marco. The views were fanomical, best on the islandl!! Joey & Heather are super people and were available whenever we needed anything. They went out of their way to accommodate including a great welcome basket/beach bag.
