It was nice staying near venice's main canal in historical and classic style hotel. The only mode of transportation was the water bus, water taxis, are walking. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Excellent position, very quiet at night. Loved the beds and bedsheets and pillows. The staff is outstanding, helpful and kind and prompt like a 5 star. Spacious rooms. Bathroom is tiny but this is maybe usual in Venice.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, clean, staff super friendly and helpful, great restaurant and breakfast recommendations, off a small square so quiet but walking distance to everything. Bathroom was really nice. Free espresso every morning. Cons: the rooftop they advertise is only for one room, not for all guests. The hotel listing is a little misleading. I thought i would be able to take a break and read with wine on the rooftop but was told only one room could access it. Also, since it's an older building, the walls are a little thin. But overall a great stay and would recommend.

Our original air bnb plan fell through on our way to Venice. The staff is spectacular. They messaged to assist with a seamless arrival, gave us many parking options with details on each, and arranged a private transfer from parking to hotel—which was gorgeous and a cool experience on its own. We loved the rooms/apartment. Beautiful, unique, classic, with updated bathroom. The location can’t be beat. They gave us recs for sunset drinks and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We went from stressed and almost cancelling our plan to see Venice, to one of the best days of our trip!
