Only stayed for one night as were travelling early the next day. The receptionist who was working when we arrived at midnight was very helpful and went out his way to try and get us some food at the late hour. The room was ideal, but the bed was outstanding, an awesome nights sleep after a long day travelling. Greta amenities in the room and bathroom and the shower was large and refreshing. Great hotel and certainly a brand we will use again.

Front reception very friendly. All great. I took 2 pancakes & poured syrup onto it. One breakfast buffet employee came over & said this only for babies. There is no sign indicating that. She made me put the pancakes away. She insisted I give the pancakes to her. This was a very unpleasant experience.

The reviews and pictures are spot on. Walking to the train station & bus is not even a block away. Hotel offers breakfast at a fare price. What made me write my review was the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Also the bed & the shower was the best part of the room. Everything in the room was great, no issues. Congratulations Leonardo Royal Hotel Venice Mestre! You have my loyalty when I come back to Venice.

Great location for access to Venice
Hotel was well located for going into Venice each day as long as you don't mind a short bus journey. Hotel staff were friendly but didn't have as much knowledge on Venice/ other islands/transport as I thought they might. Room was good - enough space, good shower, plenty of plug sockets, coffee pod machine which was replenished daily (no option for tea if that's your preference though). Slightly disappointed that complimentary water was only supplied on day one but if you're travelling into Venice check out venicetapwater.org/

Staffs was really helpful and friendly, room are nice and clean but would be nice to have a kettle for hot water . Breakfast was great and reasonable choices. Overall is a great hotel , would definitely recommend
