The location of the hotel was great, close to train station. You fo need to walk around with you your cases. The staff Marta & Laura were great & friendly. The breakfast was worth the money.

Fantastic place. Trust me when I say that the backyard court yard is the cherry on top. This hotel was very convenient. Far walk from the piazza san Marco but it’s close to the parking garage.

The AC worked in the room and it was crisply cold just like we wanted after exploring the city on a very hot day. We were given a free pastry and coffee doing our wait to check in and they checked us in very early. The entire staff were very nice, friendly and professional. Exceptional!!!

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, hygienic amenities were well stocked, and the tea/coffee/kettle and complimentary bottles of water were such a plus! As VIP Expedia members we received a sparking wine to enjoy which we did in their garden on a wonderful evening. The whole experience was great from beginning to end!

This place was great! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what to see & where to go in Venice. They gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations. The back garden area was a huge plus. The breakfast which was not included, but worth the small cost! And the location was awesome too.
