The staff are amazing and helpful. Room was cleaning but could be updated. Basically, we stayed here before flying home the next day so if there were more amenities like a pool it would make it more worth the price. The hotel charges a fee for transportation to the airport which is basically around the corner! Again, the staff were helpful and professional.

EXTREMELY DATED HOTEL. RESTARAUNT REQUIRED SEPERATE PAYMENT FROM HOTEL, MAKING TRACKING EXPENSES MUCH MORE DIFFICULT.STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT REALLY POOR CONDITION , EXCERCISE ROOM WAS PROBABLY 100 DEGREES. BEDS EXTREMELY HARD. SOME LIGHT FIXTURES WORKED, SOME DIDN'T. COULDN'T LEAVE AIRCONDITIONG ON DUE TO EXTREMLY LOUD RATTLE, SO HAD TO SLEEP AND SWEAT

The only thing that wasn't clear was the Information regarding the shuttle bus running from the Airport to the hotel. We do no know the language and there were no obvious signs indicating where to pick it up. Instead of spending $5 euros for the shuttle, we had to spend $20 euros for a taxi.

Liked that the property was right next to the airport… it’s very easy when you have a 7am flight. The property is a bit rundown. I actually got stuck in the shower. The door would not open. I advised the management they did nothing about it. They have an amazing Italian restaurant on the property. I would definitely not consider going back to that hotel I had to travel extremely early in the morning.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very welcoming. All of them spoke English well, if that is a worry for travelers. Its location immediately outside of the Venice airport was very convenient!! I would absolutely stay there again.
