The room is very hot and AC is stucked to warmer temperature. The elevator only one way just going up which is very weird. There’s no hair dryer in the room and when we asked the front desk we were told to return to front desk before leaving. Not happy with this hotel.

Best hostel I have stayed in. Got the twin room and it was amazing with canal rooms. Highly recommend! If we go back to Venice we will definitely be staying here again.

Right off the water taxi stop, and around the corner this beautiful quiet hotel, which was converted from an old monastery is an absolute haven. We had plenty of space in our room with two twin beds, and if I come to stay for an extended period, it would be the perfect space, equipped with kitchette and room for entertaining. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly helpful and kind. The guests immediately invited us to a fun drag night in the common area that evening. We took part in the festivities after a beautiful dinner in Venice. Loved my stay and looking forward to returning soon!!

The 3 BR “apartment” was spacious. It had 3 separate dorm rooms, each with 2 single beds that were comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom is hostel-like and the common space had 2 couches, a dinning table, and kitchen but no utensils and no tv - just a very basic space. Air conditioning was great which is mostly what we were after. We saw some tiny ants crawling around the floor.

Stay within an historical building.
Really nice building with plenty of areas to relax, the courtyards are amazing to sit in and have a drink from the bar. Breakfast is nice with the option to sit within one of the courtyards to eat. Room had air conditioning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Combo! The location is fantastic, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The building itself is stunning and very clean. Our room service lady was incredibly friendly and always helpful, and the breakfast lady was always cheerful and accommodating. We did have a few minor inconveniences: we wanted to cook a few nights but found our bedroom unit didn’t have cooking utensils, which made it a bit challenging. Additionally, there weren’t any supplies to clean the dishes. We also missed having a kettle for making coffee or tea throughout the day, though it was convenient to have a coffee shop on the ground level. Lastly, we would have appreciated an extra pillow, as one was quite flat while the other was perfect. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thanks, COMBO!
