A fantastic hotel in old Venice
This is a really great hotel, especially considering it's location in old city Venice right by the water srounded by ancient buildings. The hotel has been refurbished and modernised but remains tight in space. The staff are friendly and helpful and as always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They also have a great secluded garden to relax in

The staff were professional, friendly, informative and well dressed. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was quiet and on the canal. The only complaint was the area outside of the hotel was under construction.

Property was clean and the rooms looked lovely. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and helpful during our stay. My only reason for 3 stars (instead of 5) was because they charged me twice for my room, the details of which were not on the receipt handed to me at check-out, but in my bank statement. This may have been an honest mistake, but it took weeks of back and forth emails, phone calls and bank statements for the hotel to admit their error and refund the charges.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Modern, everything worked, beds comfortable, good breakfast. Location is wonderful as it is away from touristy areas but the city taxi stop is right outside. Highly recommend.
