the property was very newly and nicely renovated. restaurant is off site but they have a shuttle. bus is near by to Venice. Andy at reception was extremely friendly and helpful....great little please to stay!!

Just a few hundred meters from Tessera city center, with bars and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes from airport, and 20 minutes from Venice parking. Great location and nice rooms.

This property and the staff members we met were all terrible. It was so bad that we left after one night even though our second night was prepaid and nonrefundable. We gladly gave up the money so we could get out of there. The outside of this property is not very well maintained. A disappointment from the start. The staff member at the front desk was rude, grumpy, and not very helpful. Everything was rundown and depressing. The wallpaper in our room was dirty and peeling. No redeeming qualities. Stay somewhere else.

This a converted farm property close to the airport. We stayed in a newer add-on building. We arrived around 7 pm and wandered around looking for the front-desk. The manager first couldn’t find our booking, but finally did. He was not terribly helpful and barely courteous. The room felt like a lodge or motel room and had none of the charms of a farm cottage nor the conveniences one would expect in a newer building. The shower did not have a shelf to hold soap and shampoo so these had to placed on the floor. There wasn’t a usable closet in the bedroom to put our stuff in. And their internet was not working the two nights that we were there, so we ended up having to use our data plan. The only saving grace was the free shuttle to a nearby restaurant owned by the same family. This was an excellent one, with good food and bustling with life even on the weekday nights that we were there. Also the nearness to the airport. Note - rooms in the main farmhouse may have had the charm and coziness that may have made up for the lack of amenities
