The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located in the center of Venice, in the Cannaregio district, the most animated of Venice. It is located a stone's throw from Strada Nova, the main artery of the city, full of shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other services (pharmacy and banks). The apartment, completely restored and equipped with every comfort, is located on the mezzanine floor, is large and quiet and overlooks a private garden. The apartment is managed by Giorgio and Gabriella, experienced hosts, who live in the same building.
The apartment measures 59 square meters and consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two complete bathrooms elegantly finished, one of which is exclusively for the master bedroom . The apartment has been completely restored and is equipped with all the services (high speed wi-fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher).
The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located three minutes from the ACTV vaporetto stop of Ca'd'Oro. Moreover, it is only 8 minutes away from the Fondamenta Nove stop, where the ALILAGUNA waterbuses coming from the Marco Polo airport and 15 minutes from the Santa Lucia railway station arrive.

Wonerful place
The apartment was fantastic! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, updated and very modern. Plenty of room for a family of four, plus all the amenities you might need. Great location too! All transportation (water bus or taxi) needs very close by. Food, shopping right around the corner, walking distance to most of the sights is very close, yet it's very quiet. Communication was great, Gaby was very helpful with directions and recommendations, any kind of assistance I needed. Awesome hospitality, thanks so much!

Great Place to Stage for a Cruise
Very clean, spacious rooms that are conveniently located to shopping, dining and the cruise terminal. Proprietor is very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local dining and attractions. The pastries that were brought in every day were famtastic. Highly recommend!

Our experience in Venice was wonderful and Giorgio was a splendid host! Communication was excellent, and we especially appreciated the details he gave about how to reach the apartment (with luggage and kids to supervise, it was a relief to know exactly where to go and what to do). The apartment was ideal for our family of four. It was safe, in a great location that allowed us to walk to the main sites without tiring out (even with kids, in July heat) but was also quiet at night. The air conditioning was a Godsend in a heatwave. Giorgio even graciously allowed us to leave our bags in a secure location for a few hours after checkout, so we could enjoy lunch and a gondola ride before our train. I heartily recommend Ca 'Ferrari!

We had an excellent time in Venice, and the appt was part of it! The appt is renovated, clean, excellent location, equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. This apartment is clean, beautiful, modern and has plenty of AC which was nice in the heat. The owners are friendly and gave us some wonderdul dinner recommendations. The apartment is a 15-20 min easy walk to San Marco square. Comfortable beds. We all loved ot and would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Love the location because it’s easy to get to, close (but not too close) to the main tourist areas, and it’s quiet and safe at night. Also really close to a well stocked COOP. The bathrooms were beautiful with great showers. The beds were very comfortable. The AC mini splits worked great. The hosts communicated really well and gave us great tips on local places to eat.

Very comfortable apartment in perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Gorgio was very informative in advance with all the needed details. Our teenagers brought their basketballs along on our trip and he aided us in finding courts where they could get some practice time in! Having two bathrooms and spacious rooms with lots of space for our luggage was amazing. Would highly recomend!

Wonderful place to use as a base while In Venice! Worked very well for our family of 4 adults. Host was very friendly , helpful, and communicative. Met us directly and led us to where we were staying. Everything was very clean and in working order at the unit (that we needed to use-we ate out). Unit not far from ferry. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Place to Stay
This was our favorite rental out of the 6 locations we stayed throughout Italy. It was on the ground floor. It was very clean. It felt fresh and new, not run down and dated. The host was absolutely amazing. The location was excellent - I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk but most things were just a couple of minutes away, including a very nice grocery store and the water taxi, which will get you everywhere you need to go. Our amazing hosts provided us with all sorts of recommendation of where to eat and get what we needed when there. The hosts made it so simple to check in and let us know what to expect ahead of time and provided us with excellent directions of how to get to the meeting point. Gracious is the word that comes to mind when describing the hosts. Look no further, you have found your place to stay in Venice!

Wonderful stay
The apt was clean and in a great location. The host Giorgio met us in the square to take us to the apartment which was lovely and had plenty of space for 3 of us. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths which was a big advantage. It was on the first floor which is great for luggage transport. It was close to the vaporetto and in a quiet neighborhood very close to the Strata Nova which led everywhere. I highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I visit Venice.

Clean, comfortable apartment in convenient location!
We loved staying at Giorgio and Gabriella's apartment. The location is conveniently located just outside of the main tourist areas, so quiet and peaceful at night, but within easy walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, bus/train stations, and vaporetto stop. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Giorgio and Gabriella were very gracious, kind, and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Pre arrival communication was excellent and instructions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Thank you Giorgio and Gabriella for a wonderful stay!

Ca’ Ferrari Resdidence Stay
What a wonderful stay in Ca’ Ferrari residence ! The apartment is spotless, well equipped and appointed , has excellent WiFi and is in a great location. There are wonderful restaurants, wine bars and classic pastry shops nearby, as well as a grocery store. Gabriella was a wonderful hostess and was full of recommendations.
