Couldn’t have been much better!
This hotel was a gem- perhaps one of my favorite out of a two week trip. It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean, central - great service - great value
Clean and tidy. Our room wasn't huge and was up several flights of stairs but it is Venice so this is normal. Location is excellent - near good bars and restaurants without being too close to the major sights. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I've stayed in several hotels in Venice and provided you can take the stairs I'd highly recommend.

It was a very modern property with lots to do around. At first it was shocking the size of the rooms since in America it’s a bit different but honestly it was perfect. Very clean and nice place. The host was very attentive. And the building was very secure.

Hotel is clean and nice. Very close to main attractions and restaurants. We really liked it. Watch out on your way back. Take ferry if you to Venice airport. Take train if you go to Treviso airport. You might receive help instructions inly considering the former.

Very good location and easy to walk to from the main train station. Rooms were a bit "cozy" for 3 adults and a reminder there are no elevators so be ready to trek up 3-5 flights of stairs. Very clean and good ac in the summer. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel itself was lovely but the rooms are very loud. They are directly above a loud bar. I was kept awake till 4am most evenings before asking to move rooms. I couldn't move rooms in the night so managed to get a good nights sleep for only my last of four nights which impacted my trip. The hotel is nice enough but if noise bothers you, this isn't the one for you!

Hotel close to train station about a 10 minute walk. Can be challenging due to bridges and cobblestones but not impossible. Close to water taxi stop. Nice restaurants and shops. Room clean with all needs just a bit small. No elevators. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms are quite small but it is a boutique hotel so I didn't expect it to be large. I paid about 275 per night which I thought was too expensive. But there are options for 200 a night which sounds much more reasonable.

Good hotel for Venice
Good small hotel not far from one of the main drop off points for the Boat transfer from the airport which is very handy. Could wheel luggage between the points. But hotel doesn’t have a lift. While it’s on a main thoroughfare we didn’t have a problem with noise, air con was very good, room was spotless, and had stocked fridge, safe and tea facilities. Breakfast, in sister hotel across the road, was excellent, in a beautiful breakfast room with ornate ceiling and chandelier. Definitely a place to stay in again
