Good points were:
1. Property fout side looks good.
2. Reception Manager who seat inside of the font desk office (Little room on left side) was very good and professional.
Bad experiences were:
1. Reception lady at check in never greeted customers; never wanted to provide any information; never smiled; the attitude was feeling like - why you are here disturbing our 'no-customer-night'. Other thing very disturbing was she MUST have the tourist tax 1 euro paid before hand the key to me. Even all my credit card and passport information were with her, and my room was 100% prepaid. And I don't have the 1 euro coin at that moment. Her answer was one word ' NO'. I had to run out to my car, check under the car seat at night.
2. Restaurant, the food was very simple, so called breakfast buffet, 80% percent buffet table was empty. At 9:00 in the morning, there were only 2 customers - us in the restaurant, paid extra 12 Euro for the breakfast. In the limited food area, milk was empty, water was empty, juice was empty. There were two waitresses always chatting happily in the bar, never paid single attention to customers. We kindly asked them to fill the milk for my cereals, she answer was ' wait' (unhappy), then continuously talk tilled the end.
3. Bath room equipment on the picture was looking acceptable. But reality was water leaking out from the glass panel door, robber sealing was old and odored. After every shower, your bathroom floor will be turning into river.
