The 3-bedroom villa enjoys a gorgeous light and airy open plan Living room, with lake views to take in from the terrace doors and a modern fitted Kitchen Diner on hand for easy-going dinner parties. A swish glass topped dining table with 6 chairs features alongside the lake view sitting area furnished with a modern sofa, 2 easy chairs, a flat screen TV and complemented in the colder months by an ambient fireplace.

A breakfast bar with 2 stools accompanies the stylish dining area and provides an effortless setting for morning coffee moments. The modern Kitchen is fully-equipped for full-on family stays; with a cooker hob, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer provided.

The sleeping accommodation is equally family-friendly and comprises of a Double Master bedroom with lake views and En-suite bathroom, alongside a restful lake view guest room with 2 Single beds and a child-friendly third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück mit traumhafter Aussicht von der Terrasse und optimaler Ausrichtung für jemanden, der die Abendsonne gerne genießt. Bestens nutzbarer direkter Zugang zum See, insbesondere auch für (nicht mehr ganz kleine) Kinder. Die angrenzenden, nicht übermäßig touristischen Orte haben uns sehr gut gefallen und ermöglichen Einkäufe in absolut akzeptablen Entfernungen. Insbesondere der schnell erreichbare Bäcker in Lierna ist empfehlenswert. Auch die Gastronomie hält in verschiedenen Preiskategorien je nach Wunsch und Geschmack etwas bereit. Die Umgebung bietet einige schöne Wandermöglichkeiten ohne lange Anreise. Der Pflegezustand der (ursprünglich sehr stilvoll ausgesuchten) Inneneinrichtung entspricht nicht ganz der Preiskategorie. Größeren Teils nicht funktionierende Rolläden haben uns nicht sehr gestört. Bei stärkerem Regen drang mehrfach Wasser durch die Klimaanlage ins Schlafzimmer mit kleineren Pfützen unter dem Bett - das sollte wirklich nicht sein. Auch der Putzzustand ist steigerungsfähig. Die betreuende freundliche Agentur hat bei einem kleinen Defekt der Waschmaschine schnell reagiert und das Problem umgehend behoben. Das große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bieten wie das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer einen herrlichen direkten Seeblick. Das dritte schmale Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist in Richtung Straße/Bahnlinie gelegen und nur als weitere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu bezeichnen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, können uns eine erneute Buchung gut vorstellen und eine Empfehlung aussprechen - hinsichtlich der genannten Kritikpunkte wäre noch ein bisschen "Luft nach oben".
