Very nice duplex labeled Cocoonr Collection located in the historic district of Vannes the Saint-Patern district This vast 140 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a condominium building, recently renovated with quality materials, it will seduce you with its character, exposed stone wall and high ceiling, attractive decoration (decorative fireplace). You will feel at home there!

This beautiful apartment has a very pleasant, cozy living room, with its comfortable living room, a very spacious open kitchen overlooking the living room, very well equipped (digital hood, 2 fridges, wine cellar) and fitted out with a table. of meals that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. A laundry area with tumble dryer and washing machine and baby equipment (cot and high chair).

On the ground floor, an entrance with storage cupboard, a beautiful double bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, a separate bathroom with large walk-in shower and a basin with a beautiful Zen decoration.
A second very spacious bedroom that can accommodate 4 people equipped with 2 beds of 140 X 200 with plenty of storage and luggage rack, separate WC. Splendido appartamento
L'appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso, ben arredato ed equipaggiato ed è dotato di un comodo posto macchina. Si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Unico problema i tre piani di scale ripide e strette per chi ha problemi di deambulazione, ma per tutti gli altri e fortemente raccomandato.

Très bel hébergement
Le logement est très proche du centre historique de Vannes au calme. Joliment rénové, il offre un environnement de qualité. Deux bémols:. Pas de borne électrique à proximité et une seule place. Un appartement de cette capacité suppose deux véhicules en général. La place réservée serait d’ailleurs peu pratique pour un véhicule 8 places et cet appartement ne peut pas être accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Ces deux réserves mises à part, nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans un cadre élégant et le suivi de la location avec l’agence et son staff est exemplaire. Nous avons été très bien accueillis en particulier.
