A good and solid place for a night or two. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. The entire place could use a thorough facelift, but a comfortable bed and reasonable amenities for the price.

Comfortable and clean.
Good for the price. Very comfortable and clean. A bit noisy. The door on the bathroom did not shut easily. You could tell the other rooms had the same problem as the noise during the night was a lot. The doors need to be shaved a bit so that they close. Overall really great and clean for the price.

Decent stay for the price
For the price it was reasonably good. The bathroom of my room seems to be renovated recently but the owner seems to have cut some corner and used old toilet seats which was a turnoff. The tub looked new but the workmanship wasn’t great and had gaps in the base where it connects to wall. hot water ran out quickly especially in busy morning times. Room was warm and cozy. Furniture and bed and linen looked clean and nice. Floor was nice too recently renovated. From the outside the roof of the motel looked real ancient. opposite to a big mall and many good fast food joints nearby makes it easy. Wendy’s and McDonald’s just few steps away. A bit far from Vancouver center but if you plan your day to be away sightseeing and just need a place to crash at night this is good option
